Ever see a movie and think man; that food looks good? So did we, so we decided to take the Film to Table, we want to teach you how to create some of the wonderful dishes you’ve seen in the Movies. Come with us as our chef dives into the flavors and textures of specific dishes from a specific film. We will recreate the some of the most iconic dishes that you’ve ever seen.

Cheese Souffle– Wonderful, Cheesy and Delicious
Potato and Onion Gratin- Potatoes and Onions Layered in a Creamy Cheesy Sauce
Boeuf Bourguignon- A Julia Child Favorite, Braised Beef, Red Wine, and A Wonderful Mirapoix
Floating Island Dessert- A Nice Thick Meringue Floating on a Delicious Creme Anglaise

Please note: if class doesn’t fill up to a minimum of 8 people, class will have to cancel and we will reschedule the class for you.

While we try as hard as possible to accommodate each group of friends, students learn in teams of three or four, so there may be times where a member, or members of your group will join other teams. We promise you won’t be far and it’s also a great way to make new friends.
