Le Gourmet Kitchen is a design & remodeling company, co-founded by Bruce Colucci and Jonathan Salmon in 1992. As kitchen designers who love to cook, they created a showroom with a unique twist – one that combines their passion for design with their zest for the culinary arts.
In 2016 they joined with Chef Mitchell Frieder to create Le Gourmet Culinary, located inside the kitchen showroom – a fun teaching kitchen where the community can come take cooking classes and share the meal they create together in a comfortable, intimate dining room.
Le Gourmet Culinary – Cooking Classes hosts hands on, up-close cooking classes for those who share their love of food and food preparation. Le Gourmet Culinary cooking school is located inside the Le Gourmet Kitchen – kitchen remodeling show room, just outside the circle in the heart of Old Towne Orange. It is a very, very short walk from the Metrolink Orange Station. So, come by train on the Orange County or Inland Empire/Orange County Line and relax!
Le Gourmet Culinary – Cooking Classes also hosts large private parties, fundraisers, corporate team building, and other events. Whether you’re just a beginner or already a gourmet cook, come join us and unleash your inner chef. We have a class for everyone.
