An Evening Out: Mexican Asian Fusion

Mexican and Asian Foods are both very powerful and packed with flavors. They are wonderful individually, but imagine what happens when those flavor profiles get fused together. Our chef will show you the amazing benefit to mixing 2 two wonderful and unique cuisine to make some truly exquisite dishes.
Menu
Birria Bao Buns– Unique and exceptional, Slow cooked beef, stuffed into an Asian Favorite, served with Consomme
· Chorizo Dan Dan Noodles- An authentic Chinese dish, served with Mexican Chorizo and a Guajillo Chile Oil
Asian Marinated Arrachera- Inside skirt steak, marinated and Grilled
· Guacamole Fried Rice- Two Staples from two different cuisines, fused together to make something quite wonderful
· Churros– Fresh made Churros coated in a Coconut Sugar, served with a Mango Caramel Sauce.
Make it a Date Night, or invite a family member or friend.
You may also sign up individually if you prefer.

Please park on Pixley Street, wherever you may find parking, or a short block to the East at the train station.
Please note: if class doesn’t fill up to a minimum of 6 people, class will have to cancel and we will reschedule the class for you.
While we try as hard as possible to accommodate each group of friends, students learn in teams of three or four, so there may be times where a member, or members of your group will join other teams. We promise you won’t be far and it’s also a great way to make new friends.
