An Evening in Prime Rib Classics

Prime rib is by far one of our favorite go to menu items for special occaisions or holidays. We are sharing our personal favorite methods for cooking this beautiful cut of meat. Prime Rib is a dish you serve to impress but you will be surprised after you leave this class how easy it really is. The accompaniments that we will be making in this class are sure to be new favorites as well.Menu:
Arugula Endive Salad with Shaved Pears, Gorgonzola Crumbles and Pine Nuts Prime Rib Roast with Madeira-Mushroom Gravy
Roasted Garlic Mashed Potatoes with Rosemary
Green Beans with Balsalmic-Glazed Shallots
Berry Glazed Cheesecake with Candied Orange Zest

Please note: if class doesn’t fill up to a minimum of 4 couples (8 people), class will have to cancel. If this happens we will provide you with a credit for a future class with opening seats. While we try as hard as possible to accommodate each group of friends, students learn in teams of three or four, so there may be times where a member, or members of your group will join other teams. We promise you won’t be far and it’s also a great way to make new friends.
